Misty entered the woods local to Cerulean city to take an afternoon dip in the the river as it was a particularly hot day, and cooling from the water was expected to be especially comfortable.
She got to her destination, placed her towel down and took off her shirt and shorts, ready to jump in the water. But before she could make the motion to jump, a massive 'vine' slipped from the tree branches above and flung down on top and around her.
By the time Misty figured out this was the tail of an Arbok, it was too late, the tail secured itself around her and pulled her up to the treetops.

Misty hadn't any of her Pokéballs on her, so rescuing herself from the grip of an Arbok was not going to be easy. But Misty had survived worse situations. Surely she could manage her way out of this situation. Maybe the purple cobra would get to cocky and let it get its head within kicking distance.
Indeed the Arbok lowered its head down, but allowed its hood to be within eye level of Misty, and began working its spell.
Hypnosis wasn't an ability commonly seen Arboks managing to learn, which helped defeat the water-trainer who was caught completely off-guard by the attack.

With the hypnotic power enveloping Misty, her struggling demeanour gone, her eyes reflecting the red & yellow rings, a big smile stretch on her face, the Arbok already won.
Pulling her all the way to the top. He spoke.
Misty couldn't speak Pokémon, but thanks to the hypnosis she understood the commands of her master perfectly.
"Were you one of those up-and-coming trainers come to snatch me up and order me around? Perhaps you would like to be the one caught and commanded? Come my deary."
He ordered the human around to do his bidding. First commanding her to walk off the tree, at a height that would have killed her if the Arboks tail didn't catch her.
Placing her down on a lower branch but leaving his tail dangling, commanding her to pull herself back up to the top using the thick tail as a rope.
Just before she finished the tail hard pulled back and flung the ginger girl up in the air.
She found herself caught by the tail on her scalp, dangling upside down.

"Are you enjoying this my slave?" The Arbok questioned.
"Yes master." Misty responded, as she was unable to badmouth anything her master did or said while she was under the influence of his spell."
"Many dream of being the Shepard, but it would serve you best being my sheep. Go to sleep. I have commanded it."
Without saying another word. Misty closed her eyes and nodded off. It didn't even take 5 seconds before she was out. Already dreaming pleasant dreams and having forgotten where she currently was.

In the end, Misty never got her relaxing dip in the river, but instead was wrapped up in the cold-blooded coils of an Arbok.
But was the Arbok wanting to be the master to this nearby resident? Or was he humouring his next meal?

Jungle Gwen might possess a great amount of power, but a large serpent of the jungle overwhelmed the girl, both in size and in magic. Subduing the red-heads mind with her spell, before securing her even further in a serpentine tail. No animal is reckless enough to get in Charmcasters way, even to save a child. It would seem Gwen is on her own.
Penny managed to duck Medusa and Snoops and hid in the swamp. She knew the Crocodiles would be sent after her, but as fast and strong as those beasts were, they were not good climbers. Penny found a sturdy large tree that was difficult to climb, but made for a good spot to hide, both from the crocodiles and her kidnappers. She slept on the tree overnight. Although it lost her the cover of darkness, she figured she had better chance escaping if the diamond hunters were out searching further checkpoints. Something the girl didn't account for was predators that were very capable of lurking up in the trees. Oh how rare it was to see a human out and about alone and unarmed. The swamp python curled up to the tree, wound its way to and above the branches above Penny before lowering itself down to start coiling around the lonely orphan. Penny so numb from the cold atmosphere of the night wasn't able to quickly registers the coils
With Medusa and Snoops having gotten the Devil's Eye, Penny was dropped from the rope and fell back down to the diamond cave. The shape of the cavern walls already made it impossible to climb up to the surface, but being splashed wet from the wet floor made her grip too slippery to even get partway up to the exit. She called for help but either her Kidnappers were out of ear range, or just didn't care. But a certain unexpected animal rescuer came by. Not the two mice she knew from before, but funnily enough a mouse-eater. A reticulated python. At first Penny was alarmed seeing such a large snake lower itself from the entrance. "Need a rope?" The snake hissed to her. Penny didn't take the suggestion. Backing up a few feet further into the cave despite having nowhere to escape to. "You can trust him" Bianca called from the entrance point. "He's on our side." Bernard confirmed. Still nervous being around such a large predator, but putting her trust in the advice of the Rescuers, Penny stepped forward and moved under the python. With a quick coil and a tug, the snake started pulling her up.
"No more squirming." The snake hissed happily. "I'm sorry." Penny apologized. "I won't mind being eaten." "Eat you?" The python said with a slightly shocked demeanour. "Oh, I intend to. But it's too ssssoon for that. You're a growing girl. Eight years from now you'll be such a bigger girl from now, double size, probably more tender. Until that time you can help me bait other food that I need. And in exchange for your servicessss, and later your meat, you can spend your days tucked in my coilsss, to sleep althroughout the daysss and nightssss." Now, someone of sound mind wouldn't accept the deal to eventually be eaten by a snake, even late down the line. But Penny's hypnotized state made it reasonable to be devoured then and now. Postponing the inevitable till she was an adult, and be in her masters company, and his soft scales for 3,000 days sounded like heaven. She could not possibly refuse. |

Seems Misty was a victim of misunderstanding. She only wanted a swim, but Arbok thought she was hunting him. But at least Misty is happy now, and probably forgot their little issue already! (As well as her civilized life)
